I help people heal attachment trauma, improve their relationships, and map out plans for Self-Directed Healing Work. I promote accessing Self-Wisdom, Self-Action, and Self-Compassion. Those three resources combined equals Loving Ourselves. I teach clients Relationship Repair, Inner Parts Work, Self-Reparenting, Body-Based Mindfulness, and Resolving Childhood Grief.

This is hard to answer for many reasons. A good place to start would be to begin with 10 - 12 sessions and then assess progress.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance is not accepted. I do not provide any diagnosis.

Can I get reimbursed for paid sessions?

I do not offer psychotherapy/therapy, only coaching/consultation, which generally is not part of reimbursement plans. I do not provide any diagnosis.
